The location of the hotel was spectacular, surrounded by lush green woods. The rooms were clean with ample sunshine and fresh air. The food offered was mouth-watering, especially the wine. The waterfall and river nearby were mesmerizing, and spending time relaxing by it was a highlight. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and chatty, making the stay more enjoyable.

There was a water leakage from the solar panel, which caused a bit of inconvenience. However, the staff was quick to respond and resolved the issue.

The place is beautiful, fantastic chalet, great food, nice wine, breathtaking cascade and river, friendly staff.

Celebrating the New Year was a fantastic experience. First, the location was beautiful! We were surrounded by nature, it was perfect. the staff was friendly and made us feel at home. We really enjoyed the fireworks show that they put on for us at midnight, it was spectacular!

One of the rooms had a problem with a leak caused by rain.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Cleanliness, location, and hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast spread was delicious, and I loved the friendly and helpful staff who always made me feel welcome.

For us, it was ideal.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. the stunning location was perfect, with a lovely river and cascade to relax by and admire. Our Chalé N1 had a breathtaking view of the woods and the morning sunlight was just magical. the welcoming staff treated us like family and the food was delicious, especially paired with an excellent bottle of wine. the bathroom was sparkling clean and the room had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

The only negative was a minor water leakage from the solar panel, but it was quickly resolved by the efficient reception staff.
